testing #48303:

hover over "editor.codeActionsOnSave" setting

Observe:
hover says "Code actions kinds to be run on save."

the two plurals sound strange to my (foreign language) ears.
Should it be "Code action kinds to be run on save."?

Yes you are correct. The message should be "Code action kinds to be run on save."
