Suggestions are broken this morning on Selfhost. I'm using VS Code's TypeScript version: 2.9.0-insiders.20180503

Other language features seem to work.

Code formatter seems not to work either.

Same issue here with TypeScript version 2.9.0-dev.20180506 (typescript@next). The issue seems to be caused by VS Code as the stable version of 1.23 works.
