Issue Type: Bug

Hi. Today I just updated vs code to latest version ( 1.31 )
In version before i could open a file with middle button click, bot after update i can't.

So, to mark opened file not to close i have to press combination [CTRL + K] then Enter.

VS Code version: Code 1.31.0 (7c66f58, 2019-02-05T22:35:56.624Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.17763
