Lookup for adapters in directory containing test assembly #62

In .net core, the adapter can be picked up from the output directory of test assembly. This directory should be probed by test platform. With this change, the user will not need to specify a --testAdapterPath with vstest command.

.NETCore projects support this as of 573df88. Keeping the issue open to add support for desktop test projects.
