Retro: people picker for the permissions doesn't work proper #701

Describe the bug

each user appears several times in the list (for every permission group?)
the filter doesn't work (nothing is filtered)

Are you using the Retrospectives Tool on-prem?

[x ] No

If Yes, what version of the extension?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Retrospectives'
Click on "...", "Edit retrospective", "Permissions"
Scroll thru the list => users are listed multiple times
Enter a text to filter the list => nothing happens
