When creating a new workitem, we should be able to enter a value for required custom fields.

Our VSTS process template is configured with some custom fields that are also required fields. In Zendesk we cannot let these fields show up in the form, so when creating the new workitem within Zendesk, we always receive an error complaining about these fields and the workitem is not created. Having support for custom fields would be helpful.
