This repo is still private. Were you planning to open it to the public since it is linked to from DockerHub? For the dotnet images, we've found linking to the real Dockerfiles hosted on GitHub has been helpful for users.

The "file new issues on GitHub" link in the ReadMe also 404s for folks not in the Microsoft org.
