TD_INFORMATION_ICON is missing

But where can I find it?

This value appears to be missing from the metadata that produces the windows crate. Transferring to the metadata repo for resolution.

There hasn't been a new metadata release yet https://github.com/microsoft/win32metadata/releases. As soon as it's released, the crate will get updated.
