Mouse scroll is slow

Version 10.1.3.0 from Windows Store installed on Windows 10 1809.

1 Mouse scroll on directory with many files is slow.
Probably because it try to accelerate the scroll (start from slow speed to fast speed).
In Windows Explorer (and Firefox too) the scroll speed is constant.

2 Scroll by grabbing scroll bar using mouse is fast but the drawing is slow so sometime I see only top half that drawn if I move the scroll bar very fast.
I can not print screen it though.

Winfile uses the standard (and very old) list boxes. I would like to know if there is some newer flag or setting we can use to avoid this.

I turn off smooth scrolling of list boxes in general.
