I can't uninstall / upgrade Edge on Windows 10.

Steps to reproduce

See the blog post :)

Expected behavior

I could upgrade Edge or at least be informed what steps are necessary or why it's not supported.

Actual behavior

Exit code 93.

Environment

Latest stable WinGet 1.7 version.
