wingetcreate update should change the InstallerType and SilentSwitches if it detects a compatible InstallerType.

*prompt to. Sometimes we add additional silent switches for a good reason, like if a MSI file needs an extra property to run silently because it launches another executable by default or whatever. I can find an example of this if necessary.
