Describe the bug

Sometimes the minimize/maximize/close buttons render black on black or white on white, invisible until hovered over.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch the app. Ensure it's set to "Use system setting" theme mode
  2. Restart the app
  3. On its settings page, select the theme mode opposite to current system theme (so if my system theme is Light, choose the Dark radio button)
  4. Restart the app

Expected behavior

Caption controls are visible in their rest state

Actual behavior

Caption controls disappear
