Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to know whether it generally possible and planned to support eBPF programs when using wsl2 on windows.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have eBPF support in wsl by default or by using a special, maintained channel of wsl2.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Building and maintaining wsl2 with eBPF by myself, which can be done with a lot of (maintanance) effort. Example see also: https://wsl.dev/wslcilium/

Additional context

I would like to migrate our clusters running on AKS using cillium. We have the requirement to be able to run the same cluster configuration also on developer (windows) machines. It is not possible to run cillium without eBPF.
