PhpStorm window minimize - CPU usage increase #393

Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.22000.0
Your Distribution version: 20.04
Your WSLg version: 1.0.24
Install Intel and Nvidia CUDA drivers.

Steps to reproduce

Manual install PhpStrom. Launch PhpStorm via wsl /opt/PhpStorm-*/bin/phpstorm.sh

Expected behavior

Normal resources usages.

Actual behavior

When PhpStorm minimize - CPU usage is increase. When restore window - CPU usage is despaired.
cpu

UPD: this issues happens whin click minimize button on windows self. But if click on icon on task panel - issues is not represented.

Hi, @BxDev, thanks for reporting the issue. I believe this is same issue as #226, please update WSLg and try again, thanks!
