(EST) Generate a report of accessed personal information for an employee

In Estonia, any employee in your organization can request a report that shows the employee’s personal information stored by the organization, what personal information is tracked, and who has viewed, added, updated, or removed any of this information.

1. Click Human resources > Reports > Personal data > Access log.

2. In the Person field, select the name of the employee for whom you are generating the report.

3. In the From date field, select the date on which to start the report tracking.

4. In the To date field, select the last day to include in the report tracking, and then click OK.
