(RUS) Check a cash balance limit

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Use the Check balance limit form to determine whether the set cash limit has been exceeded.

Note

This topic has not been fully updated for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.

1. Click Click Cash and bank management > Periodic > Check balance limit.

2. In the On date field, select the cash balance verification date.

3. Click Select to select the cash account based on the filter criteria. The selected cash account is shown in the Cash field.

   [!NOTE]

   If the Cash balance form is opened from the Cash accounts form, you do not need to select a cash account.

4. Click OK.

   [!NOTE]

   If the cash balance on the specified date exceeds the set limit, a message is displayed.
