(RUS) Set up a manual schedule for deferred expenses

1. Click General ledger > Setup > Deferrals > Writing off methods. Click Writing off methods.

   [!NOTE]

   The Manual schedules button is activated only when you select Manual in the Type field in the Writing off methods form.

2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

3. In the Percentage field, enter the write-off percentage for the deferrals amount in each period.

   [!NOTE]

   The cumulative percentage is displayed in theCumulative percentage field.

   Click the General tab. In the Writing off method field, view the deferrals write-off method.

4. In the Interval number field, view the interval number for the write-off period.

   [!NOTE]

   The timeframe set up in the Manual schedules form must shorter than the write-off time shown on the deferrals voucher.
