The Sites purchasing configuration key enables access to the following Sites Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

Unsolicited vendor registration – Purchasing department staff can use this solution to accept vendor registrations online and download them to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Request for quotation – A purchasing agent can use this solution to post purchasing requirements online in the form of a request for quotation (RFQ). Vendors can then review the RFQ and respond with quotations.
You can enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
