This topic describes how to use filters in Enterprise Portal for Microsoft Dynamics AX. Filters display a subset of the information in a list.
Use this procedure to filter a list page in Enterprise Portal by using the Quick Filter.

Enter a word or value in the Quick Filter box.

Select a field in the list.

Click Apply filter.
Use this procedure to filter a list page in Enterprise Portal by using the Advanced Filter.

Click Expand advanced filter.

Select a field in the Select field list.

Select an operator in the list.

Enter a word or value in the box.

Click Apply filter.

To add more filters, click Add filter, and then repeat steps 2 through 5.
To remove a filter, click the delete icon next to the filter in the pane, and then click Apply filter to update the list. To remove all filters, click Reset Filter.
