The Workflow performance report shows information about workflow instances, such as:

Duration information – The report displays the average, maximum, and minimum time that it took to complete workflow instances.

Status information – The report displays the number of workflow instances that are activated, completed, pending, canceled, and stopped.
-
Work item information – The report displays the number of work items that are completed or past due.
When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Open the AOT.

Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
