Before you contact us

Review the Top Support Solutions for Surface devices.

Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for Business (SDT). The SDT enables IT administrators to quickly investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and firmware issues with Surface devices.

If you're still having a problem after reviewing the top solutions and running the toolkit, use the tabs on this page to select a support option.

Depending on your company's active product subscriptions or paid support offers, convenient solutions are available to manage your Surface device support requests individually and in bulk. Follow the link that best fits your company's profile.

General Surface Support

The Surface Support Portal provides a self-serve, centralized solution to look up current warranty and protection plans, create individual or bulk service requests, and track the status of support cases.

Make an appointment at a Surface Walk-In Center to help resolve your issue:

  1. Go to the Surface Walk-In Center Contact Information page.
  2. Select your location to find the Walk-In Center nearest you.
  3. Choose your Walk-In Center and contact them to schedule an appointment.

Japan

Make an appointment at a participating Surface Authorized Service Provider BIC Camera to help resolve your issue:

  1. Go to Surface 修理 | ビックカメラグループ (biccamera.co.jp) to find a participating Surface Authorized Service Provider for in-person support in Japan.
  2. Select your location to find the Authorized Service Provider nearest you.
  3. Choose your Authorized Service Provider and contact them to schedule an appointment.

United Kingdom

Make an appointment at a participating Surface Authorized Service Provider in the UK to help resolve your issue:

  1. Go to Currys Store Finder to find your nearest location.
  2. Contact them to schedule an appointment.
