Update document for ConvertAuthenticationScheme

This document explains how to update service end point. Same API is used to migrate the service endpoint to workload identity service connection .

PUT https://dev.azure.com/${organizationName}/_apis/serviceendpoint/endpoints/${endpointId}?operation=ConvertAuthenticationScheme&api-version=${apiVersion}

We do not have any document which explains usage of ConvertAuthenticationScheme option along with payload.

Please update documentation to add information related to ConvertAuthenticationScheme .
