Get a list of the alert configurations. The alert configurations are a collection of following types that are derived from the unifiedRoleManagementAlertConfiguration object:

GET /identityGovernance/roleManagementAlerts/alertConfigurations?$filter=scopeId eq 'scopeId' and scopeType eq 'scopeType'

Optional query parameters
