how to create schemaextension via graph explorer

i am try to create schemaextension via Graph Explorer

i confirm that i have select required permission, but always get error below, why?

You need to have an admin account grant access to that permission.

I am facing the same issue. the user is a Global Admin(checked on admin portal), and I have given the permissions from graph explorer.
