[Feature request] Support using the Canary graph deployment

Proposal: Add canary url to the list of domains that we can configure our providers to work against

Description

Allow MGT based solutions to target the Graph canary deployment

Rationale

This will enable the team and other 1P teams to test components under development against canary where new Graph endpoints are deployed for testing and validation prior to public roll out

Preferred Solution

Just add the domain to the set configure in IGraph.ts
