Adminstrator email address validation bug

The issue I ran into is that the input validation for the administrator email address during initial setup page (http://localhost/midas/install/step2) is does not allow hyphen ('-') characters in the part before the @ sign. For example, it will not accept foo-bar@example.com even though that is a perfectly valid email address. Note that this does not apply to the input validation for regular user email addresses.
