My Account selection from Menu #156

On selecting the My Account menu item gives the following error

Not Found

The requested URL /user/settings was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at midas Port 80

presumably trying to resolve index.php/user/settings

I cannot reproduce this locally and it is not evident on any production instances that I manage.
