Sass partials don't work when building #283

I've got a problem with Sass partials - they work fine in preview (as the existing test confirms) but when building Sass complains that my partials can't be found. It prints out the load paths, which includes the build directory but not the source directory. This problem seems to have been introduced in commit cdff84b. Reverting that commit on my local copy of middleman allows my site to be built again.
