When you let midgard create tables from a schema, it creates the id first, then the metadata columns and afterwards the columns defined in the XML. This is a bit impractical, because if you display the table in a tool like phpmyadmin, the entire screen will be filled by the metadata columns, you always have to scroll to see your actual content. It would be nicer if the metadata columns were created last, like they were in midgard1
