Ability to search options in other languages

Lets say i want to search the "split image option" in the settings. The language in my app is italian, but if i search in settings the word "split" that option will NOT come out (no results appear btw) so i have to look for it manually. What i am requesting is to give options second names (hidden, not showed) that will make users able to address certain options in english.
whatever language an user has, he should be able to find certain options writing their english translation.
A similar thing happens on the search bar of Windows; if i write functions in english that option will come out still in italian; windows knows perfectly what i am looking for.

i am requesting something similar for mihon.

Other details

This will also be useful when an user asks for some kind of help on the support channel of discord and someone points at an option that will help, but it is in english so searching it on the search bar of settings will not help to find it. so users have to search for it manually or guess the translation of the option
