We are running into an issue with the Event Schema markup, where the plugin is attempting to create a new custom post type, when we are already using a calendar plugin to create and curate our events/calendars.

It would be great to have the option of utilizing a separate custom post type for events and be able to enter separate custom fields for the event schema fields.
