Upgrade in node version from v7.7.3 to v8.16 #122

Node v7.7.3 doesn't work any longer. Few dependencies have bumped their minimum node version to higher version. Node v8.16 is required to run the exercises.

@ankitakash2007 thanks! I was wondering if you could tell me how you figured out that it was specifically Node v8.16. I've been trying to figure this part out. Thanks!
