Automate Manual Disk Shrink Steps using fstrim #3

The first half of manual-disk-shrink-steps.txt is a bunch of commands that can be automated.

The latter half involves cloning the disk using rsync and live CD. However, it should be possible to use fstrim instead. See these links:
