Contributing to spacebot-site

First off, thanks for wanting to make a contribution to this project. 🎉🎉

This website is built using the Gatsby.js framework. This will allow you to set up and writing code quickly.

Getting Started Steps

  1. Fork this repository to your own GitHub account and then clone it to your local device.
  2. Install the dependencies: yarn install
  3. Run yarn develop to build and watch for code changes

Open a browser to http://localhost:8000/ to view the site locally.

Submit a Pull Request

You should create a new branch that you will use to submit your Pull Request through. A good branch naming convention is: topics/feature-name.

Once you have verified your changes, you may submit a PR. If your Pull Request closes an existing Issue, please add in the body of the Pull Request Description, Closes #issuenum. This will create a link between the Pull Requests and the associated Issue.

Creating a Pull Request will also start a built on netlify. Once built you will be able to view the branch.
