Build web service with data of the repo

Could I build a API with the provided on this repo? Maybe those who helped here could also help build this web service to practice some language. I propose python because for this purpose i feel more confortable with it, so what you think?

Hi, @mikeleguedes and @MANISH007700, first of all thank for reaching out and assigning it to me but unfortunately I won't be able to open a PR for this issue but I think I would be nice to build an API with the data available on this repo. I wish you guys good luck and I apologize for not telling this earlier.
