Show useful error if site name is taken #3

If the site name is already taken, we're currently showing this, which is super useful:

error:   Failed to create site
error:   Cannot read property 'Symbol(formatted stack trace)' of undefined
error:   Cannot read property 'Symbol(formatted stack trace)' of undefined
error:   Cannot read property 'Symbol(formatted stack trace)' of undefined

Obviously, that should be fixed.
