The used Godot version:
Godot Engine v3.2.3.stable.official

OS including version:
All OS

Describe the bug
When i start godot with an empty editor (no scripts opened) and open one script the context menu is missing "Run Tests" and "Debug Tests" items

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Close all scrips to have an empty script view
  2. Restart Godot
  3. open a script
  4. click right mouse for context menu

Closed because it is not repoducible to v3.3.rc8
