Review a Tana Input API v2 Action for inclusion into the Drafts Directory

Hi,

The current Drafts "Add to Tana" action targets their old/deprecated v1 API. Rather than updating that code, given that Tana API v2 has additional useful functionality, I've created a new action with more functionality.
From a Drafts Directory perspective, I don't care if this code gets added as a new action, or updates the old one - it doesn't matter.
