Hi there. Apologies I missed this issue. I haven't been maintaining this project for a while as I'm not doing any Openfire work at the moment, let me mark this project as dead. Hope you got your issue sorted.

Just off the top of my head, because it isn't in a repository on the web I think you need to build and install it first into your local repos.
