Before running this script, please make sure you have replaced the value of the $LOCALFILEPATH variable with the local path where you want to store gallery-dl.exe.
This script will perform the following actions:

• Define the user and name of the GitHub repository.
• Define the local file storage path.
• Use the GitHub API to get the latest release information.
• Check for the existence of an .exe file asset and download it to the specified local path.
