Currently, there's a hack of a new step in the systemsRequirement face that does a syscall to load the r8125.ko driver for ethernet.

Without that, ethernet would not come up for me, so I could never join it to a cluster.

It appears this driver is always built as a module even when set to Y: https://github.com/milas/rock5b-talos/blob/4050a4f2b25464fda5a28244e33df1da48e64501/hack/rock5b/rockchip_linux_defconfig#L620

The new(ish) kernel module support in MachineConfig also doesn't help us since it's on first boot before the config is applied.

This was fixed in the upstream vendor kernel @ radxa/kernel@d33309e

v1.3.2-rock5b will include an updated kernel with the fix
