Connection points for parOf relations not showing

Describe the bug
Sometimes the connection points for partOf relations don't show up while dragging the relation from another connection point and hovering close to the aspect object you want to connect to.

To Reproduce
Not be able to reliably reproduce this issue. Sometimes in seems harder than others to make the connection points visible.

Expected behavior
The connection points for partOf relations for all aspect objects in the drawing surface when you start dragging from on connection point, instead of relaying on hovering close to the aspect object you want to connect to. Would make it much easier to create partOf relations.
