Support ":before" and ":after" style property

Support a ":before" and ":after" style property that would virtually insert a tag before or after the tag. This could be combined, for example, with the content style property (#78 ) to add bullets to a list. But on its own, doesn't seem like it could be very helpful unless we create the concept of block-level elements.
