A Fast MTproto based Group Management Bot for Telegram

Configuration

requires Python3.8
Configuration file should be at butler/config.py I have already given a sample configuration to setup this bot on your own, you can rename it and work on it

Note:

Open Source Version of @butlerplusbot will not have Stickers kang module. Can't risk people kanging the code
