Need help restarting AppImage

when i opened the launcher it said new update available i updated and it said restart your appimage i dont know how to do that so i tried restarting my game but now i cant open the launcher it will just load forever

Sorry but this Bug Report is incomplete, you didn't mentioned the device type.
You have an arm, or arm64 AppImage?
Then download the hotfix for arm devices, someone else made a complete bug report to get this solved.
