Is it possible to download the dataset directly?

I use pip install git+https://github.com/minerllabs/minerl and I am getting pip error (metadata-generation-failed).
I tried both on my mac and ubuntu machine and made sure the java versions are correct.

I just need the dataset, not other functionalities. Is there a way to directly download the dataset?

which dataset(s) are you interested in? there's the minerl diamond dataset & the basalt datasets.

@Mehdi0xC Sorry for the slow reply. Check this comment for the links for the original MineRL datasets used in 2019-2021 competitions, and see this project for the data released as part of VPT and used in the 2022 competition.

@nicolaefilat Hey. Unfortunately there is no mirror hosted by us (MineRL devs) right now. Still looking for a solution on our free time, but we will update the docs once we find a solution.
