Feature request: Block Rules for article body

Block Rules are a great feature, but I'd love if they could work for the body of an article as well.

I think this would best work with a separate rule, to prevent previously set rules from reading the body, as those were set with the idea that they're only reading the title.

I would suggest not only block, but also "keep" based on article body.
