Miniflux 2.0.13

I would like the capability to adjust timeout values. I'm in a place where people are watching youtube videos all the time hogging the network. Our internet speed is not that fast either (3Mbps). The default 20 seconds is not enough for my situation.

I would welcome this too, having repeatable errors with slow sites like http://lambda-the-ultimate.org. Besides the timeout, it would be nice if Miniflux would retry failed feeds with exponential back off and a upper bound to avoid retrying with unusual big retry delays.

The HTTP client timeout is configurable since Miniflux 2.0.16
