Copy all elasticsearch DASHBOARDS to opensearch

Background

Copy the DASHBOARDs over to the new opensearch cluster, so when users migrate they don't lose any of their DASHBOARDS.

We can make a note in the slack update that users can migrate their own dashboards to the opensearch, as we won't be doing this for them.

In our live Elasticsearch, there are 23 dashboards as of 26-Apr and seems most of the dashboard are not used or outdated.

We need to check whether they will be migrated to Opensearch or can be deleted.

We can chase the users based on the application name or any clue that was on the dashboard
