Getting INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED when installing on G1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. adb install <path to androidVNC.apk>
2. Receive error message

What is the expected output? Package install

What do you see instead? Nothing much


What version of the product are you using? 1

On what operating system? Android on G1 (adb running on Vista 32-bit)

I cannot install this on my G1--   I click the apk to install---  nothing 
happens....

I'm unable to install on G1 as well. I'll see if it will install on the 
emulater in a
bit.

I'm just getting started looking at some android coding but it looks like the 
problem
is because this was originally written with an older sdk. I'll start an other 
issue
with the fixes I've come up with so far. I need a version of vnc that allow you 
to
specify no password to actually test it though.
